The branding, design and communication of the Human Resource Division of Indus Towers - named FORCE was launched in October 2011, and was inspired by the Formula One race event being held in Greater Noida at the same time. (Indus Towers sent premium invitations to its customers for the mega event). The code of conduct brochure and illustrations was designed to communicate the core values and ethics of Indus Towers to all their employees, top managemnet and customers.
