The logo combines the initials of the name – F & L of Fairlakes, to create a motif – reflecting luxury and elegance, which is synonimous with its residential offerings of the premium township by the Chaddha group in Mohali. The print communication brings out the essence of the brand through design and copy and also gives vital information to potential investors and buyers. The website and advertising was planned to compliment the coffee table book. The website also gave information about the site profile through scrolling renderings, interactive floor plans whilst also giving detailed information on the launch of their premium villas, Fairvillas.
